cbajo Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors and registered users of cbajo. By continuing to use cbajo after any update to these Terms, you indicate your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

• These Terms form a binding agreement once you register an account or use the platform in any capacity.
• These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement.
• cbajo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

2Eligibility

Use of cbajo is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. cbajo may require documentary proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend accounts pending verification.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cbajo strictly prohibits access to persons under the age of 21, in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Use of the platform on behalf of a third party is prohibited without express written consent from cbajo.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that includes cbajo or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of cbajo services, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cbajo will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Do not share your password with any third party.
• Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If cbajo detects multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without prior notice.
• cbajo reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point. You agree to supply requested documents, including government-issued photo identification, within the time period specified by cbajo.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cbajo are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cbajo supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency conversion is applied to transactions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. cbajo does not charge a deposit fee. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges; cbajo is not responsible for such charges.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where verification checks are pending.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that have been used for deposits. cbajo reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or large sums.
• cbajo does not accept cash payments, bank cheques, or cryptocurrency. Only the BDT mobile wallet channels listed on the platform are accepted for transactions.
• Funds deposited into your cbajo account are held for the purpose of gameplay and betting only. cbajo is not a financial institution and your account balance does not earn interest.

5Bonuses and Promotions

cbajo offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly at the time each bonus is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
• cbajo reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and accepted will be honoured subject to their stated terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use by the account holder only. Using a bonus for the benefit of a third party, participating in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated exploitation of any promotional offer is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are subject to any game restrictions or wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Free spin winnings will be converted to withdrawable funds only upon completion of applicable wagering requirements.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all games and sports betting markets available on cbajo. By placing a bet or joining a game, you acknowledge and accept these rules in full.

• All bets are final once confirmed. cbajo does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in the event of a manifest technical error on cbajo's part.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, cbajo reserves the right to declare the round void and return all stakes to the affected players. cbajo's decision in such matters is final.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. cbajo reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual players at its sole discretion.
• All RNG-based games on cbajo use certified random number generation technology. cbajo does not control game outcomes for slots or table games. For live casino games, results are determined by physical events (cards, roulette wheels) conducted by live dealers in certified studios.

7Responsible Gaming

cbajo is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players manage their activity and stay in control.

• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits via their account settings. cbajo will honour these limits immediately upon request and will not encourage a player to increase a limit they have voluntarily set.
• Self-exclusion is available for any player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their life. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to the cbajo support team. Once a self-exclusion is active, cbajo will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.
• cbajo strictly prohibits the creation of a new account by any player who is currently under a self-exclusion order. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cbajo. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks initiated in bad faith, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any attempt to use cbajo for the purpose of processing or concealing proceeds of crime.
• Use of automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting bonus structures.
• Accessing cbajo using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions applicable to your jurisdiction.

9Account Suspension and Termination

cbajo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the circumstances described below. Where practicable, cbajo will notify the affected player prior to taking such action.

• Where cbajo has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, including engagement in prohibited activities or provision of false registration information.
• Where cbajo is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Upon permanent account closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided no fraud or terms violation is determined to have occurred.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbajo's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• cbajo is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
• cbajo makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond cbajo's control may result in temporary unavailability. cbajo will endeavour to restore services promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cbajo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the cbajo platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the intellectual property of cbajo or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any cbajo content without express prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of cbajo's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12Changes to These Terms

cbajo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cbajo will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of cbajo following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
